How soon can I expect my products?
Once an order has been received we do our very best to have it shipped between 7-10 business days.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer a flat fee to all customers in the United States. Occasionally there will be promotional offers for shipping. If you select local pick-up, we will reach out to you to coordinate pick up/drop off.
Can I make a return/exchange?
Absolutely! Our hope is that every customer enjoys their products, but we understand there are unknowns when purchasing online. We will honor any return or exchange within 30 days of your original order date. After 30 days, all sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please email us at email@example.com for any questions or concerns. We ask you to cover the cost of shipping your items back to us.
